What if you already have your own finished design for a product not already listed under the products category on the website?
Don't worry. Just submit the graphics file, your contact information,
and order details on this page
and we will get back to you with a quote telling you how much it would cost to print the order.
We accept most common file types:
- Adobe Portable Document Format PDF (.pdf)
- Adobe Photoshop (.psd)
- CorelDRAW (.cdr)
- Microsoft PowerPoint (.pptx)
- Microsoft Word (.docx)
- Tagged Image File (.tif or .tiff)
- JPEG (.jpg or .jpeg).
Please note that while our system allows completed designs saved as images to be uploaded for printing,
better print quality is often possible using non-compressed file formats including, but not limited to,
PDF, Photoshop or CorelDRAW.
Before uploading your design please make sure that
- The image downsampling option is turned off.
- Any rasterized graphics are saved with at least 300 DPI.
- All of your images are embedded in the file.
- Fonts are embedded or converted to outlines.
- Color space is set to CMYK.
Both sides of each print file should be set up with specified trim size and safe margin values.
Trim size is the size that a particular finished product is cut down to.
The safe margin is the boundary delineating content that is not intended for printing out to the edge.
If your graphics elements are close to the edge of the design, you must also include a bleed area.
Bleeds allow you to run design elements to the edge of a product.
The product is usually printed on a large sheet of paper and then trimmed down to the needed size.
If you do not allow for a 1/8 inch bleed,
any misalignment while cutting will result in the artwork not running to the edge of the product.
Bleeds ensure you get the results you need.
